05/01/2005: G.J. Sullivan Acquires London American Books of Business

G. J. Sullivan Co. Excess & Surplus Lines, Inc., and London American General Agency (LAGA) of San Diego and Arizona announce that they have signed a definitive agreement for GJS to acquire 100% of the Property & Casualty and Professional Liability books of business from LAGA, effective May 1, 2005.
